Claire Wang
Undergraduate Researcher
Claire is a data science major at UCSD interested in bioinformatics. Her current research at Telese Lab involves using tools in Python to analyze gene expression in single cell multiomic datasets from rodent models. She is also part of Knight Lab at UCSD, where she develops software for microbial genetics. In the future, she hopes to pursue a PhD in bioinformatics. Outside of research, Claire enjoys playing clarinet and badminton.
